For this to be a reality, takes a great shift in perspective!
Here is a list of 3 things to get right before having a child, or during the process, that I have learned through experience with my 4 children.
1. Gain peace within through a spiritual practice that works for you.
There are many different spiritual practices that people find to be effective in helping them connect their inner self to their high power, and different practices may work better for different individuals. Some popular spiritual practices include:
Meditation: This practice involves relaxing the mind through pranayama and tapping into one's inner reservoirs of peace and tranquility through regular practice.
Yoga: This practice combines physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to promote balance and harmony in the body and mind.
Prayer: This practice involves communicating with the Most High God, through speaking or thinking.
Journaling: This practice involves writing down thoughts and feelings in a diary or journal as a form of self-reflection and self-discovery.
Nature walks: This practice involves spending time in nature and observing the beauty and simplicity of the natural world as a way to connect with the present moment and find inner peace.
Service: This practice involves performing selfless acts of kindness and service towards others as a way to connect with others and give back to the community.
It's important to note that different spiritual practices may resonate with different people, and that's why it's good to try different practices and find what works for you.
2. Change your diet to an alkaline diet, which will keep your child healthy and eliminate the need for a doctor.
The belief that eating an alkaline diet can cure disease is a controversial, however, proven in court by Alfredo Bowman in 1987. The pharmaceutical industry that is responsible for the deaths of millions of Americans, outright lies about this case to this very day saying that doctor Sebi did not win the court case, and the fact that it has slaughtered masses of people through misuse of drugs.
The truth behind an alkaline diet is that certain foods can affect the pH balance of the body, and that a diet high in alkaline foods can help treat or cure diseases. The human body is able to regulate its pH levels through various physiological processes, and an imbalance of pH can be extremely harmful. My Son is 1 and 10 months and has never had even a fever since birth. I myself have gone 3 years strictly alkaline without even a tummy ache or headache.

There is a sick and twisted push to eliminate all who oppose the medical and industrial construct that is raping our earth, bodies, and minds.
3. Program yourself with useful info and wisdom to teach your child and stare them in an empathetic and open thought process.
Positive media plays a crucial role in shaping our perceptions of the world and ourselves. It can inspire us, educate us, and help us to understand the perspectives of others. It can also provide a much-needed escape from the stress and negativity that can dominate our daily lives. Positive media can be found in many forms, such as books, news articles, documentaries, and films that highlight the good in people and society. For example, a news article about a community coming together to help a local family in need, or a film that tells the story of an individual who has overcome great evil can have a powerful impact on the viewer, leaving them feeling more hopeful and motivated.
Positive media can also serve as a powerful tool for promoting social and cultural change. For example, documentaries that shed light on important social issues, such as poverty, inequality, or discrimination, can raise awareness and encourage viewers to take action. Television shows, films, and books that feature diverse and inclusive representation can also play a crucial role in promoting understanding and acceptance of different cultures and perspectives. Additionally, media can be used to raise awareness about important health issues, such as the importance of exercise and nutrition, and to promote healthy behaviors.
In today's world, media plays an ever-increasing role in shaping our understanding of the world and our place in it. Positive media can help to counteract the negative messages that we are bombarded with on a daily basis and can help us to see the world in a more positive and optimistic light. By consuming positive media, we can become more informed, more compassionate, and more motivated to make the world a better place. It is important to be mindful of the media we choose to consume and to actively seek out positive and uplifting content that can have a positive impact on our lives and the lives of those around us.
